Executives Available services, subsidized by Services Québec, are FREE for those who qualify. We assist our members in finding employment by providing a work space away from home, extensive career transition counselling experience, and regular networking events. Our program begins with group presentations over three weeks and continues with quality individual counselling until the person finds fulfilling employment.
At Executives Available, we help you remarket yourself with the right tools and techniques. In these intensive workshops, you will understand the job Market, build the right CV, use the right communication means and tools including LinkedIn to communicate effectively with the companies that interests you. You will learn how to turn the page on your previous employment, how to transition and start building your own image for your next opportunity. How to communicate effectively and secure an interview with your future employer. All these and much more including Interview Techniques, Emotional Intelligence and how to navigate politics to keep your job once hired. You will participate in case studies to highlight the pitfalls and secure your next job.
We use various methods and tools for effective networking. We promote the candidate's profiles on our platform, where companies come to search for future employees. The social media and group networking sessions provide the candidates with a unique opportunity to build new business relationships, share ideas, learn about recruiting companies, and help each other among professionals.
Counselors meet with participants regularly and assist them with the technical aspects of their job search, including CV and letter writing. In the meetings, counselors also discuss strategies, problems that may affect their job search, networking approaches, calls, and the interview process.
Candidates are encouraged to carry out their job search at Executives Available, which provides a positive atmosphere, a well-equipped modern office with private work-stations, telephones, computers, Wi-Fi, a fax machine, and a photocopier.
